Manage and optimize Oracle ERP R12 EBS financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) and provide day-to-day technical support.
Support Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) including account reconciliation, file-based integration, and ad-hoc analysis.
Provide training, production support, and troubleshooting to business users across multiple regions, including on-call support for production issues.
Minimum 8+ years professional experience in corporate finance (financial planning & analysis) and/or accounting.
Proficient in Oracle Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and EPM Integration Agent.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, finance, or equivalent.
Experienced in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle ERP R12 Finance modules and Oracle EPM Cloud with a strategic mindset.
Capable of autonomous working with strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with a sense of urgency.
Familiar with supporting global finance teams, producing technical design documentation, test case management, and Oracle SR resolution.
