Architect end-to-end AI solutions for semiconductor PRD to PDK workflows leveraging deep domain knowledge of process, device, TCAD, HW data, and PDK components.

Facilitate data modernization by influencing API development and format standardization, design UI mockups, track solution deployment success, and develop training materials for continuous adoption and improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Master's or PhD in Electrical, Physics, Materials Engineering or related field with 15 years of experience.
Experience in semiconductor process integration, device engineering, PDK and design flow development.
Experience or certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and related technologies.
Work Experience Required: 15 years in semiconductor and AI-related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-disciplinary semiconductor projects involving digitization and AI solution delivery.
Strong ability to interface between semiconductor domain experts and AI developers, translating complex multi-modal data into transformational ideas.
