Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (B.E or BTech) from a reputed institution.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python with solid networking background and experience related to routers and switches.
Knowledge of IP, Bridging, OAM, L2/L3 forwarding, Multicast, QoS, Filters, multi-core software architectures, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical leadership roles with proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on-time in networking domain.
Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, product development cycles, and networking protocols relevant to routers/switches.
Comfortable working in hybrid model and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance and support networking product architectures and features.
