Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent through education, training, or military experience.
Strong knowledge of Pega Platform fundamentals including Case Management, BPM, Decisioning, Rule Resolution, and Application Development using App Studio and Dev Studio.
Experience with software engineering skills including Object-Oriented Programming (Java beneficial), design patterns, debugging, performance optimization, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and building complex, large-scale Pega applications with knowledge of advanced Pega architecture concepts like Application Layering and Reusable Component Design.
Capable of leading teams and technology initiatives, influencing best practices across an enterprise-scale environment.
Comfortable working in a risk-conscious, compliance-driven financial services environment with a focus on governance and sound risk decisions.
