Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
Analyze complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across Finance, Product, Sales, and Client Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, automate reporting processes, ensure data quality, and present findings to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in FinTech or SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation.
Strong knowledge of financial data and metrics (Revenue, Cost, ARR) specifically in a SaaS context.
Graduation degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced BI analyst familiar with SaaS financial metrics and end-to-end BI solution delivery including automation and predictive modeling.
Able to translate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with multiple business units including Finance and Sales.
Comfortable working with diverse data sources and focused on data accuracy, governance, and scalable reporting solutions.
