Staff Software Engineer, Identity Administration

Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of identity administration features at enterprise scale.

Develop, maintain, and evolve secure, scalable, and high-performance software that supports employee access request and approval workflows.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and SRE teams to ship reliable, production-ready features and fix customer-reported issues promptly.

7+ years experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang, including multi-threading and asynchronous processing.

Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT tokens focused on service-to-service communication.

Hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate, EC2, Lambda), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).

Education: B.S. in Computer Science or related field.

Strong systems thinking and engineering craftsmanship evidenced by ownership of complex distributed systems and scalable microservices.

Experience building and maintaining identity governance or enterprise-grade software with real user impact at scale.

Comfortable managing cloud resources and infrastructure, able to bridge product, engineering, and operational needs effectively.
