Experience applying advanced statistical methods including regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.
Experienced professional who can translate complex workforce data into actionable business recommendations through scalable analytics and compelling visual storytelling.
Practitioner skilled at integrating AI and NLP techniques into people analytics to address complex HR challenges and improve decision-making.
Collaborative partner able to engage effectively with multiple business stakeholders and drive cross-functional workforce planning initiatives within fast-paced environments.
