Design and execute automated and manual test plans based on network configurations and reference designs.
Use network troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve issues, collaborating closely with developers and product management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in networking product validation or deployment.
Expert knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies and hands-on experience with at least one popular Networking OS (JunOS, NXOS, IOS, EOS, or SONiC).
Primary work location onsite at HPE office (explicit expectation to work onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in Data Center network architectures, specifically clos-based 3-stage and 5-stage designs.
Proficient in Python programming and Linux-based systems with network troubleshooting tools.
Experienced in data center protocols such as VXLAN and MP-BGP, capable of providing technical expertise influencing hardware and software design decisions.
