Technical Delivery Manager- LINA GI

Own end-to-end technical delivery for LINA Korea initiatives through CECI, ensuring predictable execution, quality outcomes, and alignment with business priorities.

Translate business demands and technology objectives into integrated delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks, and release roadmaps.

Lead delivery governance across engineering squads and collaborate with stakeholders to build a scalable, high-performing delivery capability.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.

12–15 years of technology delivery experience with proven ability managing complex application delivery and engineering squads.

Strong technical expertise in full-stack application delivery including Java, APIs, microservices, integration, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Experience working in regulated enterprise environments, preferably insurance or financial services.

Experienced delivery leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a greenfield delivery setup.

Strong operational focus on Agile delivery governance, release management, and risk mitigation within complex technology-driven organizations.

Proven ability to implement structured processes and reporting for portfolio planning, capacity management, and delivery performance measurement.
