Lead and coordinate the implementation of Project-Based Learning for Grades 6-8 and academic mentoring (Margdarshak cadre) for Grades 1-8 across Bihar with government education bodies.
Manage relationships and support district-level leadership (5-7 districts) in planning, execution, monitoring, and review of education programmes.
Establish data-driven monitoring and evaluation mechanisms including field visits, assessments, and programme dashboard utilization.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree required with 2–6 years experience leading educational design projects, preferably with SCERT and DIETs.
Familiarity with Bihar education policies (NEP 2020, NCF-SE 2023, PARAKH, Mission NIPUN Bihar) and functional knowledge of G-Suite, Canva, DIKSHA, and data dashboards.
Fluency in written and verbal Hindi and English; ability to negotiate with government stakeholders.
Location requirement: Based in Patna, Bihar with willingness and ability to travel to field districts.
