5-9 years of experience leading educational design projects, preferably in school leadership development.
Functional knowledge of G-Suite tools, Canva, and basic AI-based tools is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; willingness to travel within and outside assigned districts.
Experienced in working closely with government education departments and managing multi-district projects with high-level government stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to oversee both strategic program design and operational delivery including training, monitoring, and evaluation.
Comfortable using digital tools and data to guide decisions and improve education program outcomes in an Indian public education system context.
