Contribute to technical design and deployment readiness, driving AI-enabled Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) to accelerate quality and resilience.
Provide operational support with a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset ensuring production stability for portfolio management tools.
Lead architecture and engineering practices, mentor engineers, and align multi-office teams to deliver scalable, modular enterprise software for portfolio management covering $14 trillion assets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).
8+ years of experience with proven capabilities as Senior Engineer or Team Lead in Agile environments.
Expertise in Core Java, React & Angular, enterprise-scale distributed system design considering resiliency, scalability, latency, and operability.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled SDLC/PDLC practices and frameworks such as Windsurf, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear architectural strategies and executable plans in large-scale Agile teams.
Strong technical leadership skills to govern architecture, manage technical debt, and influence senior stakeholders across global, multi-office environments.
Preference for candidates with exposure to portfolio/wealth management domains, domain-driven design, event-driven and microservice architectures, cloud-native solutions, and modern DevOps practices improving DORA metrics.
