Lead requirements analysis and documentation across insurance business functions including Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, CRM/Distribution.
Own Agile delivery processes including backlog management, sprint planning, ceremonies facilitation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet release milestones.
Define and track insurance-specific business KPIs and communicate status to leadership with clear dashboards and executive-ready reports.
Minimum Requirements
6-15 years overall IT experience with 8+ years as Business Analyst, Agile PM, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
Experience in insurance domain covering areas like Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, Reinsurance, or Distribution.
Proficient in writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and leading BA teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and understanding of SDLC, testing lifecycle, and release management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business and technical teams within insurance projects to ensure shared understanding and delivery.
Capable of driving Agile delivery end-to-end including risk management, dependency coordination, and cross-team communication.
Skilled in stakeholder management and able to translate complex insurance processes into actionable requirements and measurable KPIs.
