Implement and optimize portfolio management workflows, governance processes, and operating models to improve delivery predictability and decision-making.
Configure and manage work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, and Power BI dashboards and reports to support portfolio visibility and governance.
Design and deliver data analytics and reporting including DORA and Flow Metrics to track portfolio health, milestones, risks, and delivery performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2 to 5 years experience in program management, portfolio operations, PMO, Agile delivery or related functions.
Hands-on experience administering and configuring Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Experience supporting Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and implementing or improving portfolio management processes.
Strong technical proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira (including JQL, workflows, automation), Power BI, and SQL for data modeling and analytics.
Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Agile teams, and leadership to align portfolio execution with strategic business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to drive process adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a technology portfolio context.
