Senior-level technologist with extensive experience in end-to-end product implementation, integration, and performance tuning of warehouse management systems.
Proven ability to independently resolve complex issues, lead cross-functional communication, and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
Experience in consulting environments with a focus on driving stability post go-live and developing best-practice documentation and practice aids.
