Design, develop, and deliver complex software components and applications end-to-end, owning projects through to production.

Proficiency in at least one programming language among C/C++, Java, C#, or Python; strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases, and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of system design, security/privacy procedures, monitoring/logging for production systems, and experience with AI/ML technologies like LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI frameworks (LangChain, Llamaindex).
Experienced individual contributor capable of independently owning and delivering scalable software projects in fast-paced environments with production responsibilities.
Strong strategic orientation towards integrating AI/ML solutions with business and product requirements, including expertise in Generative AI and semantic search technologies.
Skilled in cross-disciplinary collaboration and stakeholder management, able to influence peers and senior management through technical communication and solution advocacy.
