Accountable for accurate and timely accounting services including contract review, month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis for net revenue and related transactions.
Manage rebate and incentive payment validation, processing, and approvals ensuring compliance with contracts and internal controls.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, support SOX compliance, and collaborate with financial systems for data and reporting needs.
Knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting principles.
Experience with revenue, contra revenue, and/or contract management preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with financial/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Work Experience Required: Progressive accounting experience in a large, global environment; CPA/CA preferred, Inter CA or MBA Finance also indicated as preferred.
Experienced in managing accounting processes within global business services or large multinational corporations.
Able to handle multiple priorities under deadline pressure with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrates ability to lead process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally including working with financial systems and ensuring SOX control compliance.
