Own and manage the procurement, tendering, and vendor selection processes to meet client business demands and standards.
Control project costs including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting to ensure projects stay within financial targets.
Manage post-contract obligations such as monitoring negotiations, claims, compliance, and risk mitigation between clients and contractors.
Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
