Owns overall cost oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance monitoring across all Business and Support Units of the bank.
Leads strategic and tactical cost initiatives including cost optimisation, advanced cost analytics, cost driver evaluation, and transparency enhancement in cost allocation.
Responsible for stakeholder management with senior management, including presentations on cost analysis, contract reviews, and coordination with Group (HO) for cost related deliverables and audit queries.
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Cost Management.
