Drive evidence capture, documentation updates, and coordination of shift handovers to maintain operational continuity and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Experience leading at least one production tenant-to-tenant Windows device migration as technical lead or SME.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11 provisioning, policy configuration, Autopilot device registration, and Microsoft Entra ID device join states.
Proven ability to work effectively in a runbook-driven, shift-based 24x7 operational environment with mandatory handovers and queue management.
Strong PowerShell and automation scripting skills for device readiness and operational tasks.
