Support Salesforce org consolidation through metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonization while ensuring code quality, CI/CD, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration, data model, security, and sharing model.
Experience with Gitlab, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced developer comfortable owning end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment with collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with multi-org consolidation, large scale data migration, and Salesforce CPQ or custom quoting implementations.
Background or understanding of financial services or recurring revenue SaaS business environments, with comfort delivering in Agile settings.
