Director, Strategy and Architecture

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, AI-enabled global digital services and applications architecture.

Drive modernization of legacy applications using cloud-native, microservices, API-first approaches, embedding AI/ML to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Build and lead a global architecture team; establish architecture standards, AI governance, and align technology investments with business objectives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

15+ years of IT leadership experience including enterprise and application architecture.

Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, secure SDLC, AI/ML platforms, and responsible AI practices.

Experience leading enterprise architecture functions in global organizations and managing distributed teams.

Strategic thinker able to translate business strategies into technology and AI roadmaps aligned with measurable outcomes.

Experienced in EPCM or consulting environments (highly desirable) with global project delivery exposure.

Strong communicator and stakeholder manager with ability to lead agile architecture adoption and foster innovation in a global team.
