Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related technical field plus a graduate degree.
Experience leading facilities management, property management, or related real estate technology products.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally ~30%, primarily to APAC region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader managing globally distributed product and engineering teams, particularly with exposure to APAC markets.
Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in SaaS architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP) and AI embedded in workflows (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI).
Proven ability to lead through acquisition integrations and collaborate with executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
