Define reusable AI reference architectures, standards (Model Context Protocol), and governance for AI and agentic ecosystems, partnering with product, IT, data, and security teams.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years engineering leadership experience, including hiring, org design, and scaling multi-team organizations.
Proven hands-on expertise architecting and delivering AI/ML systems, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, and agentic AI patterns.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; technical graduate degree preferred.
Advanced Python skills and strong background in API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading AI engineering in SaaS or enterprise software with multi-region distributed teams.
Strong ability to operate and influence at executive levels across Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
