Experience working closely with Agile/SCRUM teams and understanding Agile methodologies and tools.
Strong operational ownership and ability to manage unexpected incidents quickly and effectively.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management in an English-speaking, multi-location environment involving Germany and India.
