Lead end-to-end technical customer project implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Management, Product Development, QA, TechOps, and Production Support through all project phases.
Own design, coding, testing, performance/scalability validation, deployment scripts, and project execution monitoring.
Minimum 8 years of software development and implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Java programming, object-oriented design, software design patterns, and full stack development (Java, Spring Boot, React JS).
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle), SQL tuning, integration protocols (SOAP, REST, JMS, EDI), and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or IT.
Experienced in leading technical architectural delivery in enterprise software projects with direct customer interaction.
Proficient across multiple tech stacks including cloud platforms (Azure, OCI), scalable/resilient multi-tenant architectures, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Has systems implementation skills covering requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support; preferably with supply chain or logistics domain exposure.
