Lead and own complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live across enterprise billing and revenue lifecycle solutions.
Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes ensuring on-time delivery within scope and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
Hands-on experience and strong understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems is mandatory.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field - preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives in fast-paced SaaS environments involving enterprise billing and revenue lifecycle solutions.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional collaboration among technical and business teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success.
Skilled in using project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet) to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
