Experience with code proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python, .Net, Perl, Java) and familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins).
Experienced Varicent subject matter expert with strong technical skills in compensation management and data engineering mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and business teams.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI/CD processes and capable of producing technical documentation, architecture, and accurate solutions.
