Tier-1 employer and Bengaluru metro increase competition, but niche network-fabric specialization limits applicants.
Highly specialized data-center fabric and networking test expertise is not easily transferable across industries.
Explicit 7–10 years requirement plus many mandatory networking, testing, and tooling skills make filters strict.

Design, build, and execute comprehensive test plans for data center switching platforms validating functionalities including Junos/Sonic on Broadcom-based hardware.
Replicate and test multi-stage IP Clos fabric architectures, including BGP underlays, EVPN-VXLAN overlays, and AI/ML data center fabric use cases like RoCEv2 traffic profiling and congestion management.
Identify, isolate, and document software defects; automate test workflows using Python, pytest, Ansible; present technical findings to customers during PoCs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in network software/test/engineering or related escalation roles.
Strong expertise with data center fabric architectures including IPCLOS, AI/ML fabric, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, IPv6, and major data center NOS CLI experience (Junos, NX-OS, EOS, SONiC).
Role is onsite at an HPE office; strong hands-on experience with traffic generators (Ixia/Keysight, Spirent) and network testing tools mandatory.
Experienced with testing and validating AI/ML fabrics using lossless Ethernet mechanisms including PFC/ECN/DCQCN tuning and RoCEv2 traffic profiles.
Proficient in multi-stage spine-leaf fabric testing including IPv4/IPv6 forwarding and overlay protocols, with ability to analyze control/data plane and optical layers.
Skilled in scripting and automation (Python, pytest, Ansible), with prior involvement in open-source networking (SONiC/SAI) and customer PoC/test lab leadership.
