Provide expert technical guidance on RAN technologies, OSS data interpretation, and network performance to data scientists and software developers.
Analyze and interpret telecom RAN performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, supporting root-cause analysis and KPI validation.
Lead network optimization initiatives and ensure alignment between telecom operational requirements and AI/ML-driven analytics solutions across large-scale carrier deployments.
Minimum Requirements
7-10+ years of relevant telecom/RAN experience.
Strong knowledge of RAN technologies including 2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G, network performance, KPIs, and OSS CM/PM/FM data.
Experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson OSS platforms preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 7-10+ years in telecom/RAN domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging telecom network operations with data science and software engineering teams for AI/ML use case development.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical interpretation of OSS data and network performance for Tier-1 global operator or large enterprise carrier deployments.
Strong strategic understanding of end-to-end network performance management and operational deployment without primary responsibility for software development.
