Own end-to-end backend systems design, deployment, and production reliability at enterprise scale.
Architect and implement fault-tolerant microservices with clear SLIs/SLOs, high observability, and scalable distributed workflows.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience building production backend systems, preferably in SaaS or product environments.
Strong skills in Java and Spring / Spring Boot; expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, scalability, and reliability.
Proven experience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, and working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and caching (Redis/Memcached).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability. Work Experience Required: 5+ years.

Demonstrated builder with significant hands-on shipping and coding experience rather than purely planning roles.
Comfortable working in highly scalable, distributed backend systems with strong production debugging and ownership instincts.
