Java _MSO_Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery of software applications.

Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leadership for continual service improvement.

Work collaboratively with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into technical requirements and implementations.

3-5 years of application development experience with Java, Spring, AWS, and SQL.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.

Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Knowledge and experience in agile software development methodologies.

Experience in client-facing or consulting roles indicating ability to work directly with clients.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor others, and manage technical projects end-to-end.

Proven problem-solving skills and capability to create innovative technical solutions under fast-paced environments.
