Take ownership of architecture and continuous development of an internal CRM and customer experience platform with focus on scalability and reliability.
Lead integration and application of AI to real customer experience problems including AI-assisted responses, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.
Establish engineering processes and build a technology team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing technology priorities and costs.
