About This Role

Lead and deliver complex enterprise-grade application development projects using modern tech stacks including Angular and Java microservices.

Own full software development lifecycle activities: feasibility, design, development, testing, implementation, and user support.

Advise stakeholders as SME, ensure compliance, recommend security measures, and coach junior analysts.

Minimum Requirements

8-12 years of relevant application development or senior enterprise architecture experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Hands-on expertise with frontend (Angular or similar) and backend (Java microservices), RESTful APIs, and CI/CD automation.

Prior exposure to Gen AI/Agentic AI implementations in financial domain desirable but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in delivering end-to-end complex technology projects in financial services, especially with Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and CRM domains.

Strong strategic and technical leadership capacity to function as SME and influence senior stakeholders.

Proficient in modern development tools (e.g., Devin, GitHub Co-pilot) and committed to software quality and industry best practices.
