Own full lifecycle delivery of software implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Serve as primary client liaison during implementations to manage expectations, resolve risks, and align deliverables with client needs.

Has demonstrated ability managing complex software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, particularly in legal tech contexts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical/process issues and adapt to evolving client requirements.
Experienced communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and managing international clients across multiple tasks.
