Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant

Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives impacting commercial lending product capabilities including loan origination, servicing, and delivery.

Define, prioritize, and communicate detailed business and technology requirements to agile scrum teams, ensuring delivery of strategic solutions related to Loan IQ, nCino, CBOA, and related lending platforms.

Manage end-to-end project activities including requirements gathering, testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior team members to deliver consistent, effective results.

5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience.

Foundational AI literacy including understanding and application of AI tools, critical thinking with AI outputs, and awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Business Systems Data and Designing (explicitly specified); Loan IQ and commercial lending applications experience preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Commercial Lending or related financial services domains preferred but not mandatory; explicit work experience filters given priority.

Experienced in commercial lending lifecycle with strong domain knowledge in Loan IQ, nCino, CBOA, syndicated lending, and loan servicing technology.

Proficient working in Agile environments, capable of managing requirements, design, testing, and delivery in complex, large-scale technology transformations.

Capable of strategic collaboration and independent management of competing priorities across business, technology, and operations stakeholders in cross-continental teams.
