Skilled in automation and AI integration for network operations including development of AI agents, Ansible/Netbrain playbooks, and use of AI models for diagnostics and incident triage.
Capable of leading global team projects with strong technical documentation and continuous improvement focus, coupled with proficiency in packet analysis and log correlation tools.
