Lead software testing activities including reviewing requirements, selecting test methods, and creating test plans/specifications.
Develop automated tests on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulators using Python frameworks and conduct measurement analysis and fault diagnosis.

Proven experience in ASPICE process and ISO26262 functional safety standards, fluent English proficiency.
Experienced in complex embedded system testing within automotive or related industries involving microcontrollers and communication protocols.
Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and multicultural Agile environment with strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiar with test automation tools, continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins), and has knowledge of cybersecurity and Battery Management Systems considered pluses.
