Own and support the Wells Digital Platform including updates to product roadmap, operation, maintenance, and alignment with product line strategy.
Manage and prioritize product backlog, plan sprints, define features and user stories, collaborating globally to deliver digital products for well construction and execution workflows.
Provide day-to-day application support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, application upgrades, and integration with SQL databases and APIs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering with minimum CGPA 7.5+.
Minimum 5 years total work experience in Oil and Gas Industry (Drilling, Completions, or Workovers), including at least 3 years in Applications Support and Business Analysis.
Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe, Agile principles, and experience with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Clear communication skills and understanding of well construction design and execution workflows.
Experienced in drilling, completions, or workovers with 1 year field-related operational exposure preferred.
Strong digital product management skills with ability to translate business needs into agile backlog items and success metrics.
Familiarity with engineering design processes (casing design, directional planning, completion design) and rig/frac site digital applications.
