Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experienced in supporting production integrations and incident resolution in a support-driven environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes including supplier/customer invoices, payment cycles, bank file exchanges, and journal entries.
Able to manage multiple complex integrations, perform detailed troubleshooting, and collaborate effectively across offshore and onshore teams.
