Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including problem analysis, solution offering, testing, modifying, automating, and system integration.

Contribute to both current project execution and long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure while interacting with clients and internal teams.

Collaborate closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely solutions and risk identification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT or technical role.

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with IT systems including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting; plus SCRUM or project management experience.

Experience with client communication and negotiation; knowledge of IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Possesses proven hands-on experience in infrastructure management and strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experienced in working with Japanese clients or multicultural teams, with excellent Japanese communication including translation and interpretation.

Has strategic planning mindset and adaptability across varied IT platforms; motivated for continuous professional growth and certifications.
