Own configuration and support of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections.
Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional design documents, and support SAP application maintenance, incident resolution, and production support.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers) and finance (FI) teams to ensure integration and perform testing (functional, integration, UAT).
2-3 years of experience as SAP Functional Consultant in Order-to-Cash processes.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and FI-SD integration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech.) from a recognized university.
Work Location: Pune; Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office).
Experienced in SAP implementation and/or support projects focused on O2C cycle.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with business users and technical stakeholders, particularly for SAP FI-SD integration.
Able to provide application maintenance support, including incident and problem management, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
