Senior Manager, Finance Analytics & Insights

Own design, development, and governance of enterprise financial reporting and Power BI analytics solutions supporting senior Finance leadership and regulatory compliance.

Lead Finance Analytics team to build scalable, automated dashboards and predictive analytics for key finance functions such as Close, SOX compliance, Treasury, Tax, and M&A integration.

Develop and optimize data architecture, ETL pipelines, and self-service reporting to enhance decision support and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related technical field.

12-15 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or financial systems with expert-level Power BI development skills.

Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, Power BI Service administration, and experience integrating multiple enterprise finance systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Workday).

Flexible to work in US time zone; must have strong understanding of financial statements and accounting processes supporting Controllership and Accounting functions.

Experienced leader capable of managing high-performing teams focused on finance data analytics and business intelligence in complex, global Finance organizations.

Demonstrates strong data engineering and architectural skills combined with deep knowledge of finance processes such as SOX compliance, SEC reporting, and financial close.

Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale Power BI solutions and driving automation and modernization of financial reporting across diverse ERP and finance systems.
