Design, develop, and implement scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions including Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
Create and maintain platform customizations like triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations to optimize business processes and extend functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, international teams) for requirements translation, testing (manual/automated), quality assurance, and continuous CRM landscape optimization.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and/or testing experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
Strong skills in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), and Salesforce data model/security.
Work Location: Nashik or Pune, India. Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce development within B2B or SaaS environments with solid integration knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
Familiar with testing frameworks/tools (Selenium, Provar, Salesforce DX) and DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Copado.
Capable of structured, analytical problem-solving and working effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
