Drive early market traction by executing daily field visits and direct outreach to housing societies/RWAs to onboard them as early adopters of the Society One SaaS platform.
Build pipeline from scratch using a hunter sales approach, conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and independently close deals.
Provide post-sales support to ensure successful onboarding and retention, maintaining detailed records of leads, conversions, and renewals.
Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to build sales pipeline from zero.
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills especially with committee-style stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the field, 6 days a week.
Work Experience Required: Prior SaaS/PropTech/society-services sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in consultative and field sales with capability to handle complex stakeholder groups such as resident welfare associations and society committees.
Comfortable working in a lean, early-stage startup-like environment with high autonomy and direct access to leadership.
Strategic fit includes strong ownership in building new market playbooks and demonstrable success in hunting new business in new geographies.
