Produce and analyze monthly BI reports on QHSE metrics including Quality Levels, CoPQ, and Safety Data for multiple business units.
Act as the central liaison coordinating the development, maintenance, and enhancement of QHSE Power BI reports and Power Apps, managing lifecycle and issue resolution.
Facilitate requirements gathering, user story creation, Agile Scrum practices, and manage JIRA intake and backlog for QHSE analytics and automation projects.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Analytics, Automation, or Technology delivery environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related discipline.
Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps at a business-user level (able to interpret reports and coordinate development).
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and JIRA backlog/intake management.
Experienced in gathering and translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for BI and automation projects focused on QHSE data.
Comfortable coordinating with both business stakeholders and technical teams, managing multiple priorities across Agile environments.
Prior exposure to Quality, Safety, and Environment domains or manufacturing/operations functions beneficial but not mandatory.
