Principal Software Engineer, SW Development

Define and own the long-term technical roadmap for next-generation network management platforms with measurable impact on innovation and platform evolution.

Lead R&D initiatives on AI-driven network operations, intent-based networking, and autonomous network management to drive product and industry innovation.

Serve as chief technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, and represent the company at major networking conferences.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred).

15+ years of network software development experience with at least 8 years in senior technical leadership roles.

Deep expertise in advanced networking technologies including 5G, WiFi 6E/7, SD-WAN, SASE, AI/ML in networking, cloud-native networking, network automation, zero trust networking, and edge computing.

Willingness to travel up to 15-20% for customer, industry, and partnership engagements.

Recognized industry expert with proven track record of setting product strategy and influencing industry standards via speaking engagements and published research or patents.

Experienced in leading large-scale network management platform engineering and shaping engineering culture specifically for network infrastructure software.

Strong network within major equipment vendors and deep understanding of network operations, carrier-grade management, and network service provider requirements.
