Workplace: Hybrid. Work Experience Required: Moderate experience providing remote support in Data Centre technologies; moderate experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
Experienced in handling remote technical support incidents within data centre environments and familiar with vendor technologies like Cisco, EMC, Dell, Avaya.
Ability to work in a structured process-driven environment prioritizing incident diagnosis, escalation, and SLA adherence.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and capability to manage configuration items and documentation rigorously.
