Lead Software Engineer - Java/Python, React/Angular

Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack solutions including front-end, backend services, APIs, and database scripts to support critical business objectives.

Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and secure applications using modern frameworks and microservices patterns.

Drive stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritization, risk management, and elevate engineering standards through code reviews, automation, and AI-assisted development practices.

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python; frontend experience with React and/or Angular.

Experience with databases like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server and proficiency in continuous integration/delivery and automated testing.

Demonstrated leadership in using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and secure engineering practices.

Experienced in full software development life cycle within large corporate or enterprise-scale environments.

Skilled in managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder collaboration in agile product or platform settings.

Capable of integrating AI-assisted coding practices responsibly while ensuring compliance with security and resiliency standards.
