Design, develop, integrate, and test calibration software modules for next-generation fixed wireless broadband PHY layer on multi-core DSP/GPP using C/C++.
Develop and validate software modules focusing on layer 1 functionality like channel estimation, IQ imbalance correction, and LO leakage cancellation for base station and user equipment platforms.
Collaborate closely with L2/L3 software and FPGA/ASIC teams to deliver cross-layer wireless communication features and develop scripts to qualify RF board testing.
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with emphasis on wireless communication and/or digital signal processing.
5-12 years of industry experience in DSP software development for wireless communication systems (5G, LTE, WiFi, or similar).
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python, and experience with multi-core embedded system software development including RTOS and optimization.
Formal understanding of communication and signal processing theory including OFDM systems and linear algebra; experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence).
Experienced in implementing physical/MAC/baseband layer software for LTE/5G or equivalent wireless protocols.
Deep knowledge in advanced wireless PHY algorithms such as beam-forming, MIMO, adaptive equalization, and RFIC impairments compensation.
Skilled in designing scalable, real-time calibration software modules on multi-core DSP/GPP environments with strong cross-team collaboration experience.
